These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bc999 platform at bc999.biz. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager. By accessing bc999 you agree to be bound by these terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2.3 Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) bc999 Account. Duplicate Accounts — whether opened under the same identity or different identities by the same person — are prohibited. bc999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and void any associated bets or winnings.
2.4 By registering, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) the information you have provided is accurate; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party; and (d) you have independently satisfied yourself that participating in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.5 bc999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.
3.1 Before bc999 processes any withdrawal request, the Player must complete KYC verification. This requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph of both sides of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card); (b) a selfie photograph for liveness confirmation; and where required, (c) proof of payment method ownership.
3.2 bc999 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request additional documentation to verify identity, address, source of funds, or payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.
3.3 KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with bc999's Privacy Policy. bc999 does not share KYC data with third parties except as required by applicable law or as necessary to complete payment processing.
3.4 Players may continue to deposit and wager prior to completing KYC. However, withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is fully approved. bc999 encourages Players to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.
4.1 bc999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard (where available), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.
4.2 The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. The maximum single deposit is Rs 500,000. bc999 reserves the right to apply lower or higher limits to individual Accounts based on risk assessment, KYC status, or VIP tier.
4.3 JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to the Player's bc999 Account within approximately 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–4 business hours to process. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon network confirmation, typically within 30 minutes.
4.4 bc999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bc999 Account holder. Deposits from unmatched names may be returned and the Account reviewed.
4.5 bc999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
4.6 All deposited funds are held in a segregated account and used exclusively for Player balances and game settlements.
5.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. bc999 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specified method.
5.2 Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rs 500,000. VIP Gold and Black Diamond tier players may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as agreed with their account manager.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours on Pakistani business days for JazzCash and Easypaisa once KYC is approved and no compliance holds are active. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–2 business days.
5.4 bc999 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified via email or live chat if additional verification is required.
5.5 Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the Player and not subject to active Bonus conditions may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC approval and these Terms.
6.1 bc999 may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligible games, Wagering Requirements, minimum odds, validity period, and maximum withdrawal — are published on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses carry a standard Wagering Requirement of 30× the Bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering on live dealer games, virtual sports, and certain other restricted games may not contribute toward Wagering Requirements. The contribution percentage of each game type is stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 bc999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a Bonus has already been accepted and wagering is in progress, the applicable terms at the time of acceptance shall govern that Bonus.
6.4 Players suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of Bonus terms, or collusion — may have their Bonus voided, winnings confiscated, and Accounts suspended.
6.5 Bonus funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value until Wagering Requirements are met in full.
7.1 All sports bets on bc999 are subject to the general betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between specific sport rules and these general Terms, the specific sport rules shall prevail for that sport.
7.2 bc999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where: (a) a manifest error in odds occurred; (b) the event result is in dispute; (c) the event was abandoned or declared void by the relevant governing body; or (d) fraudulent activity is suspected.
7.3 Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20I, Test, and ODI markets — are governed by the applicable cricket betting rules. Bets placed on matches subsequently abandoned due to weather or crowd disturbances are voided and stakes returned unless specific game rules state otherwise.
7.4 In-play (live) bets are accepted at bc999's discretion. bc999 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time without notice. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid subject to Rule 7.2.
7.5 The maximum payout per settled bet event is subject to bc999's published maximum win limits. Where winnings exceed the applicable limit, bc999 reserves the right to limit the payout to the stated maximum.
8.1 All casino and slot games on bc999 are supplied by certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) operated by the respective studios. bc999 does not have the ability to influence or alter game outcomes.
8.2 Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are theoretical long-run figures as certified by the game studio. Actual results in any individual session may differ materially from the published RTP.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bc999 and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.2 bc999 employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bc999 reserves the right to void all bets placed, withhold all balances pending investigation, and permanently close the Account without appeal.
11.1 All content on bc999.biz — including but not limited to the bc999 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of bc999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bc999 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted.
11.3 Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on bc999 content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bc999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bc999 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game result, or Account matter, the Player must contact bc999 support within 30 days of the relevant event. bc999's records, including server-side transaction and game logs, shall be considered definitive evidence in the resolution of disputes unless demonstrable error can be shown.
13.3 bc999 aims to resolve all Player disputes through the support team within 5 business days of receiving a complete written complaint.
14.1 bc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using bc999 and request Account closure before the effective date.
